"Delivery felt like it dragged on"
The delivery was just okay. It showed up kind of late, and I was basically stuck waiting around, feeling like I couldn’t really do anything else until it arrived

"I got it working quickly..."
I got it working quickly, so either the setup was genuinely easy or I just happened to do everything right for once. The steps were clear enough, and I didn’t really have to mess around with it much. Overall, really easy to get started

"Felt ignored"
I reached out about my order. Then waited. And waited some more. I messaged them twice, and both times the replies came days later, super short and not really helpful. No explanation, no real effort. It just felt like nobody cared what was going on. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Pretty good deal, honestly"
I picked up a template pack from einkpads and, it was worth it. The price was good for what you get, and getting it onto my reMarkable was easy, easy enough with no real hassle. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"I ordered this thinking it would work..."
I ordered this thinking it would work with my model, but it ended up not fitting right. Customer support was decent and tried to help, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it was still frustrating. I just feel like compatibility should be really clear upfront because it’s only fair to customers who are trusting the listing before they buy.

"Pretty solid overall"
I’ve been using it for a bit it feels really solid. It works well and does what I need it to do. Not totally perfect, but I’m still happy with it...
